On 11th of October 2005 the company was amalgamated with the ETU UNIONMATEX GmbH which was established on 12th of March 1981 and is furthermore present under the name TEXPROJEKT Industrieanlagen GmbH. The company's residence is in the City of Chemnitz, the Innovation-Town of the Free State of Saxony. The TEXPROJEKT Industrieanlagen GmbH forms as a 100% subsidiary company of UNIONMATEX Industrieanlagen GmbH, Chemnitz/Saxony - FRG. UNIONMATEX Industrieanlagen GmbH is the 100% share holder of the company. The TEXPROJEKT Industrieanlagen GmbH is a Limited Liability Company according to German Law, duly registered at Chemnitz County Court under number HRB 22347. The original share capital of the company amounts to 51.000,00 €.
The TEXPROJEKT Industrieanlagen GmbH disposes of more than 35 years of experience on the field of planning and execution of complete project business from one hand. The company employs 20 high qualified engineers of different technological fields. TEXPROJEKT Industrieanlagen GmbH has its own main office building in Chemnitz and besides the company has offices and agencies in Moscow, Tashkent, Addis Ababa, Tehran, Dubai, Nairobi, Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon). Industrieanlagen GmbH is an engineering and trading enterprise,
preferably operating on the field of designing, planning and commissioning
of industrial plants especially for textile, food stuff processing
and recycling machinery, trade with machines, spare parts, accessories
and industrial equipment and technology as well as the design, planning
and erection of housing estates, houses and super markets prevailing
in foreign countries. For this the company offers planning and projecting,
installation and commissioning, handing/taking over as well as financing
of complete turn-key plants, technological processing lines as well
as the trade with machinery and equipment.
